Wellness & Mental Health

At The Colorado Springs School, student wellness is embarking on a new, innovative journey. We are excited to launch the Kodiak Compass, a holistic student support framework with a common language and clear pathways to help students flourish across academics, relationships, equity, and wellbeing.

The well-being of our students and families is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you have questions, need support, or simply want to talk, our Wellness and Mental Health team is here to help.

Families and students are encouraged to reach out to:

Dr. Teneshia Taylor, Dean of Student Life (Wellness)
ttaylor@css.org
| (719) 434-3517

Emily Warren, School Counselor (Mental Health)
ewarren@css.org
| (719) 434-3526

Below, you’ll find helpful wellness and mental health resources for our community.

Together, we can ensure every Kodiak thrives—mind, body, and heart.
