Medical and Dental Insurance
The Colorado Springs School pays 85% of the premium for individual coverage; faculty/staff members pay a portion of the premium to add dependents to the plan.
Life Insurance
The Colorado Springs School pays the premium for life insurance in the amount of $50,000 for a base policy, while employees have the option of purchasing an additional multiplier policy up to $200,000.
TIAA/CREF Retirement Program
The Colorado Springs School contributes five percent of a faculty/staff member’s salary after a two-year waiting period unless the faculty/staff member is already contributing to TIAA-Cref. Faculty/staff members may opt to contribute additional pre-tax dollars up to the IRS maximum.
