Wellness & Mental Health

At The Colorado Springs School, student well-being is at the heart of a supportive, connected learning community. Through campus-wide social-emotional learning, comprehensive counseling support, and intentional wellness programming, students build self-awareness, empathy, resilience, and healthy relationship skills. From inclusion-focused initiatives such as Start With Hello to the Be Good People curriculum in circle time, Crew, and Advisory, CSS helps students develop the confidence and tools to make responsible decisions and care for themselves and others. Guided by our Kodiak PRIDE values, students experience a culture of belonging, positive engagement, and shared responsibility across every division.
